Computing support services and software needs

The Schools programmers have set up a very helpful website on IT support for research postgraduates in the School. These pages include information on accounts, passwords, mail setup, web servers and proxies, and FTP servers. Please note IT support pages are only accessible to those with a School of IT, Univeristy of Sydney account.

Should you have a problem not covered in these pages, a Duty Programmer is on duty each day to assist with software and other problems. Simply email to report your problem. The dp will also advise you about the aliases in use within the School. The Computer Systems Supervisor is Mr Greg Ryan.
